The Progression Partnership is a regional initiative led by UEA’s Career Service, which aims to build an inclusive and supportive career ecosystem that empowers recent graduates, especially those who are disabled, neurodivergent or with mental health conditions, to successfully transition from university to the workplace. This is achieved through a strategic partnership with local Higher Education Providers, organisations and graduate employers.

We value everyone's participation and interest in the Partnership. Individuals are welcome to register and will receive Partnership updates and insights via our E-newsletter. If you represent an organisation, service or department you will be asked to choose how you wish to engage with the Partnership on the following page.
