Are you doing a great job?SEOTY-LOGO-(2).jpg

The Student Employee of the Year (SEOTY) Awards are the largest student awards in the UK and are judged at institutional, regional and national levels. They offer an opportunity for employers to nominate outstanding students who are juggling a paid part-time job with their studies. For you as a student, a SEOTY Award is a potentially life changing opportunity to gain recognition for the work that you do and the impact that you have made within a business, as well as being a great addition to your CV.

Your employer can nominate you for an award for work you do either on or off campus, and in one of the following categories:

Step-up to Leadership Award– for students who have demonstrated the ability to lead projects and/or teams.

Above and Beyond Award– for students who regularly goes above and beyond their job description and always endeavours to be the best that they can be.

Commercial Awareness Award– for students who have been able to improve profits, or who have maybe come up with an enterprising idea.

You can also nominate a particularly great employer for the Student Employer of the Year Award if they have helped you to develop your skills or been supportive of your course commitments.
